3. Orders and Payments

3.3 Full payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise approved through a formal credit arrangement.

5. Returns, Replacement, and Cancellation

5.1 Returns and refunds are generally not accepted for electrical products due to safety, compliance, and traceability reasons.
5.2 Replacement is offered only in cases of manufacturing defects, subject to verification under our Warranty and Return Policy.
5.3 Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
5.4 Disputes regarding damaged goods must be reported within the timeline specified in the Shipping Policy.

6. Warranty and Product Liability

6.1 All products are covered under BHARAT Engineering Works' standard warranty terms. Warranty details vary by product category and are printed on the product, invoice, or official documentation.
6.2 Warranty is void if the product is misused, installed incorrectly, modified, or damaged due to improper handling.
6.3 BHARAT Engineering Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or performance issues.
6.4 In all situations, our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the product supplied.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All logos, brand names, product designs, photographs, specifications, website content, and promotional materials belong exclusively to BHARAT Engineering Works.
7.2 No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7.3 Misuse of our brand identity, packaging, or product designs will be legally actionable.
